Speed & Agility Training Program
Program Overview
GTR Speed & Agility Training Program is designed for ages 13-18 and develops athletes' abilities to react, and move on the volleyball court. Our program is geared to help volleyball athletes become more explosive on the court, and help with injury prevention with training directly related to volleyball. The GTR Speed & Agility Training Program is geared to help athletes on the volleyball court expand their game by specific training programs designed for them. Each athlete is different in how they train, and GTR expands on that with each athlete. GTR wants to ensure athletes are training efficiently to prevent athlete burnout and overtraining.
Duration: 6 Week Program / 3 Sessions a Week / 1 Hour Sessions

FAQ: Sessions usually operate in group sessions of 3-4 athletes. Training Programs offered are only a 6 week programs. Trainings are directly related to volleyball, if athletes play multiple sports, and want training to align with additional sports please relay that information to us prior to the training program commencing. This is important to ensure athletes are being trained properly to aid the injury prevention program.
